At Aesthetic + Mind MD, each appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Our policies are designed to respect the time of our patients and providers while helping us maintain timely access to care.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 48 hours’ notice.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged the full session fee, unless you and your provider agree that circumstances beyond your control prevented you from attending.
Please contact our office as soon as possible if you know you will be unable to attend your appointment.
We encourage patients to arrive on time so they can receive the full benefit of their scheduled appointment.
If you arrive 15 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment time, we may not be able to accommodate your appointment without affecting other patients. Depending on provider availability and the type of service scheduled, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled.
If the appointment must be rescheduled due to a late arrival of 15 minutes or more, a $75 late fee may apply.
An appointment is considered a no-show when a patient does not attend their scheduled appointment and does not provide advance notice of cancellation.
No-show appointments may be charged the full session fee.
Because appointment times are reserved exclusively for each patient, repeated no-shows may affect your ability to schedule future appointments and may require us to review whether the current treatment arrangement remains appropriate.
We understand that unexpected situations occur. However, when late cancellations, significant late arrivals, or missed appointments become a recurring pattern, your provider may discuss these concerns with you and review the effectiveness and appropriateness of your current treatment plan.
In some circumstances, we may recommend changes to your care or determine that we are unable to continue providing services at the current level of care.
Please also note that we cannot guarantee another appointment within the same week following a cancellation, late arrival, or missed appointment. Rescheduling is subject to provider availability.
These policies allow us to protect the time reserved for each patient while making appointments available to others who need care. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.Â
